From first booking to final payment.
Here's everything WiiGro takes off your plate, so you can get back to the work itself.

Four steps to a business that runs on WiiGro.
Set up your business
Create your public profile, connect your payouts and choose your categories. Your customers get a polished page with your name on it, ready to book from.

Create your activities
WiiGro prompts you for everything your customers need to know, from dates and pricing to vouchers, custom questions and the emails that keep them updated. Planning a new term? Use Publish for early access to share it with your existing customers before it goes public.
Fill your classes
As bookings come in, every customer's details land in one place, with a class list ready for your first session. No spreadsheets, no copying names from emails.
Get paid and know your numbers
Customers pay when they book, instalments arrive on schedule and payouts come through promptly. Your payments breakdown shows every euro and every fee, by quarter.
No monthly fee. One all-in rate.
You only pay when you get paid. Card processing is included, free events stay free, and early members lock in this rate.
Frequently asked questions

If there's no monthly fee, what do I pay?
There's no monthly fee and no setup cost, just a 3.9% booking fee per transaction. It covers secure payment processing for both iDEAL and credit card.
Who pays the booking fee, me or my customer?
You choose, per activity. When you create an activity you can absorb the 3.9% yourself or pass it on to the customer. Absorb it and a €100 ticket stays €100, with the fee taken out of what you receive. Pass it on and the customer pays €103.90, so you keep the full €100.
Can my customers pay in instalments?
Yes. You decide the number of instalments and when they're due. Customers pay the first one when they book, and WiiGro automatically sends a reminder with a payment link for the rest.
Is there a contract or any lock-in?
No. There's no contract and no minimum term. You can stop using WiiGro whenever you want.
Is there a subscription fee for schools or organisations?
No. Schools and organisations pay no monthly subscription fee for the core features, just a 3.9% processing fee per booking. You decide whether to absorb it or pass it on to parents.
What do I need to get started?
Just sign up and set up your payouts. Stripe verifies your identity once, which is standard for any payment platform, and then you can publish your first activity. Schools and organisations can reach out directly at shea@wiigro.com and we'll walk you through setup.
Built for the way you already work.
Weekly classes, holiday camps, one-off workshops or a full programme across several locations. WiiGro fits around the way your business works, not the other way round.
