Pricing & fees

If there’s no monthly fee, what do I pay?

During the pilot there’s no monthly fee and no setup cost — just a 3.9% booking fee per transaction. It covers secure payment processing for both iDEAL and credit card.

Who pays the booking fee — me or my customer?

You choose, per activity. When you create an activity you can absorb the 3.9% yourself or pass it on to the customer. Absorb it and a €100 ticket stays €100, with the fee taken out of what you receive. Pass it on and the customer pays €103.90, so you keep the full €100.

Is there a contract or any lock-in?

No. There’s no contract and no minimum term. You can stop using WIIGRO whenever you want.

Payments & payouts

When do I get paid?

Whenever you like. You can request a payout at any time and it reaches your bank account within three working days — no waiting weeks for your money.

How can my customers pay?

With iDEAL or credit card, processed securely through Stripe.

Can my customers pay in instalments?

Yes. You decide the number of instalments and when they’re due. Customers pay the first one when they book, and WIIGRO automatically sends a reminder with a payment link for the rest.

Can I give refunds, including partial ones?

Yes — full or partial refunds in just a few clicks. The only part not returned is the 3.9% booking fee on the original payment.

Can I offer discount codes or vouchers?

Yes. Create vouchers with a percentage or a fixed-amount discount, and choose exactly which activities they apply to.

What can I do with WIIGRO?

Create and sell activities, take iDEAL and card payments, offer instalments and vouchers, set capacity limits, add your own questions to the booking form, run multiple events at once, and handle refunds — all from one dashboard.

Do my customers need an account to book?

Yes, they create one the first time they book. It’s quick, and it means they can view their bookings, find their receipts and rebook faster next time.

Can I email my customers?

Yes. You can send an email to customers after they’ve booked, and we’re expanding the email tools further.

Can I use WIIGRO on my phone?

Yes — WIIGRO works in your mobile browser, so you and your customers can use it on any device. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap.

What languages does WIIGRO support?

Dutch and English today, with more to come as we grow.

Schools & after-school organisations

Is there a subscription fee for schools or organisations?

No. Schools and organisations pay no monthly subscription fee for the core features — just a 3.9% processing fee per booking. You decide whether to absorb it or pass it on to parents.

Can we manage multiple providers or programmes from one account?

Yes. Organisations coordinating multiple providers get a single overview of all bookings and transactions across every programme, in one place.

Do we get our own branded page?

Yes. Your organisation gets its own page on your domain or a WIIGRO subdomain. It’s set up for you as part of onboarding.

How is the 3.9% fee handled with parents?

You decide. You can absorb the fee so parents pay exactly what you charge, or pass it on so parents cover the processing cost and your income stays the same.

Can we customise the platform for how our organisation works?

We’re in pilot phase, which means this is exactly the right time to reach out. We work directly with schools and organisations to make sure the setup fits what you need. Email us at admin@wiigro.com.

How do we get started?

Privacy

Do you sell our data or our customers’ data?

No. WIIGRO does not sell, share, or trade any data belonging to you, your customers, or the participants in your programmes. We never have and we never will.

Is WIIGRO GDPR compliant?

Yes. All data is stored within the EU and handled in full compliance with GDPR. Payments are processed by our partner Stripe, who are also fully GDPR compliant.

What happens to participant data, including children’s booking information?

Participant data — including any information collected during booking for children’s programmes — is used only to manage bookings and is never shared with third parties outside of what’s needed to process payments. You can request a full export of your data at any time, and when you leave WIIGRO we remove everything we’re not legally required to retain.

Where is my data stored?

Within the EU and handled in line with the GDPR. Payments are processed by our partner Stripe.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You can export your data at any time. When you leave we remove everything we’re not legally required to keep — some financial records have to be retained for tax purposes.

The pilot

What does joining the pilot mean?

You get full access now, pay no monthly fee, and help shape where WIIGRO goes next. A small group of providers is already running their events on it day to day.

How long does the pilot run?

We’re committed to the pilot for at least the next year or two. Everyone who joins during this time helps decide which features we build next.

What happens after the pilot?

WIIGRO will move to a simple monthly subscription with two tiers — one for the core features and one for everything. Pilot providers get our fairest pricing and plenty of notice before anything changes.

Is WIIGRO right for my business?

If people book and pay to attend what you run — camps, classes, workshops, shows, sessions, or after-school programmes — WIIGRO is built for you.

What if I already use Stripe?

You don't need a Stripe account — payments run through Stripe Connect, so you never log in to Stripe or manage a separate dashboard. Already have a Stripe account you'd like to use? Get in touch and we can set up a custom connection for you.
